Crispy airfryer potatoes & carrots with thyme

Want a quick, healthy, and fuss-free side dish? With this airfryer recipe, you can cook crispy potatoes and tender carrots at the same time, using our Point-Virgule foldable square silicone airfryer mold with the sorting divider. Perfect for keeping flavors separate and everything cooking evenly.

How to make?

  1. Preheat your airfryer to 180°C.

  2. Place the Point-Virgule foldable square silicone mold with the divider in the airfryer basket.

  3. In one section, add the potato wedges; in the other, place the carrot sticks. Drizzle both with olive oil and season with thyme, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  4. Airfry for 18–20 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy and the carrots are tender.

  5. Remove carefully and serve immediately as a tasty side dish or snack.
