Homemade burgers & potato wedges served in style with our burger set
There’s nothing like a juicy homemade burger paired with golden, crispy potato wedges. With the Point-Virgule sharing set, you can not only cook delicious burgers but also serve them beautifully, creating a meal that’s perfect for sharing with friends and family.
How to make?
1. Shape the burgers
Use a hamburger press to shape uniform patties (at Barbecook, there’s a handy one perfect for making small burgers). This helps them cook evenly and look great on the plate. Season each patty generously with salt and pepper before cooking.
2. Prepare the potato wedges
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
3. Cook the burgers
Grill or pan-fry the patties for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. Toast the buns lightly to add extra flavor and texture.
4. Assemble the burgers
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, then layer lettuce, tomato, onion, and the cooked patty. Top with the other half of the bun.
5. Serve in style
Use the Point-Virgule sharing set with the hamburger plank and bowls to serve your meal. Present everything together on the acacia wood board: the burger in the center, the mayonnaise in the elegant little bowl, and the crispy potato wedges in the other. A stylish presentation, perfect for sharing and enjoying. Serving has never been this easy. Enjoy!
