Bamboo board warranty statement

This warranty applies under normal household use and proper maintenance.

What is covered

1. Structural integrity of the board

What is covered:

Cracks caused by bonding defects, separation of layers, structural breaks under normal use and abnormal warping not caused by water or dishwasher use.

These are production or material defects.

2. Bonding and construction

Loose joints and failing glue connections provided the board has not been soaked in water or placed in the dishwasher.

3. Manufacturing defects

Visible finishing defects, incorrectly bonded parts and irregularities not to be expected from a natural product.

What is not covered

1. Normal wear

Knife marks, discoloration and patina from use. This is normal for wood and bamboo and a natural sign of use.

2. Damage caused by misuse

No warranty in case of dishwasher use, prolonged soaking in water, drying on a radiator or in direct sunlight, professional use unless explicitly stated, dropping or impact.

3. Lack of maintenance

Failure to oil the board, allowing it to dry out or storing it in a humid environment.

Include a product description, a photo of the defect and a short explanation of use. Please mention your full name and address in the email.
