Carbon steel wok with excalibur non-stick coating ø 20cm
This professional wok is provided with the most sturdy and durable Whitford Excalibur non-stick coating which makes frying with a minimal amount of grease possible.
Due to the use of carbon steel your wok will heat up very rapidly and will spread evenly. Perfect while you are stir-frying your favorite vegetables.
This wok can be used on all heat sources including induction.
Tip:
Make sure you use any type of grease that doesn't burn easily.
Never place the wok on the heat source without adding oil first.
Make sure the wok isn't completely filled with ingredients for the perfect stir-fry of your dish.
Let the wok cool down and clean it with a some soapy water using a soft sponge.
Warning: never preserve any food in the wok after finishing your meal to protect it.
In addition this wok is completely PFOA-free.
